The Deets:

  • 30-minute workouts, 3 days per week, for 4 weeks: You'll never do the same routine twice, ensuring that you stay engaged and challenged throughout the entire 4 weeks.

  • Video Tutorials: The video tutorials will guide you through each exercise and even provide modifications.

  • Accountability and Support: You'll have access to ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement from fellow participants and Coach Megs. Together, we can achieve more.

  • No Equipment Needed: You can complete the workouts from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice(Coach Megs prefers outside!). The exercises are all bodyweight-based, utilizing your own strength and resistance to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and improve flexibility.

  • Conquer Your Mindset: A strong and sexy body requires a strong mindset! You'll be challenged to conquer your mind thru accountability drills, motivational chats, and more!
