I'm all about fitness, running, and helping women show up for themselves thru fitness and healthy habits. I've personally experienced an incredible transformation, shedding 60 lbs and overcoming foot surgery that once had the doctors believing I would never run again.

As the founder of the I AM Too Sexy Movement, my mission is to empower women like you to not only achieve your fitness goals but also to cultivate a deep appreciation for your body and what it is capable of. The body you are in right now.

I've found that feeling sexy and good about yourself comes by way of conquering your mind and moving your body. I understand the journey of self-acceptance and body image struggles. I've been there myself, doubting my own worth and feeling disconnected from my body. But through my own transformation and fitness journey, I've learned the power of self-love and the joy of celebrating every step, every milestone, and every inch of progress.
