It's time to break a sweat and have some fun! Our SEXY45 beginner's running program is perfect for those who are new to exercise or want to get back into fitness. Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your overall health, or actually FEEL sexy in your body, we've got you covered.

No need to feel intimidated or overwhelmed. We'll start with the basics, building up your endurance and confidence one step at a time. SEXY45 is designed to be approachable, supportive, and most importantly, FUN! We'll mix up our runs with intervals, restorative yoga, and other fun challenges to keep things interesting.

SEXY45 is perfect for beginners who are new to running or who want to get back into it after some time away. We'll start with a gentle pace and gradually increase the duration of our runs. You'll be amazed at what your body can accomplish with a little bit of training and determination.

Our supportive community will cheer you on every step of the way. We'll celebrate each other's accomplishments, provide encouragement during setbacks, and inspire each other to keep pushing forward.
